David Goudy has a history of defrauding various institutions and serving prison terms for doing so. For Goudy's most recent conviction, the district court sentenced him for as long as the Sentencing Guidelines would permit. The first time Goudy appealed, we remanded because the district court did not clearly articulate its reasons for imposing a consecutive instead of a concurrent sentence as required by United States Sentencing Guidelines ...
