Defendant-appellant-employer the Scott Fetzer Company, Halex Division ("Fetzer") appeals from the decision of the common pleas court which affirmed the determination by the Industrial Commission recognizing a subsequent condition (myocardial infarction) of plaintiff-appellee-employee Lawrence Kenyon for workers' compensation benefits.
