Presented with a two-count indictment, a jury convicted Roger Turner of conspiracy to possess methamphetamine with the intent to distribute and to distribute methamphetamine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846, and of possessing methamphetamine with the intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). He now appeals his conviction and sentence. Mr. Turner challenges the sufficiency of the evidence supporting his conspiracy...
