Appellant sustained a severe injury when his hand and arm were caught in a meat grinder. At the time of the injury, appellant was employed by Ladislav and Lawrence Vistein at their meat shop located at the West Side Market. On February 3, 1993, appellant brought suit against the manufacturer of the meat grinder, Hobart Manufacturing Company ("Hobart"). The Visteins were later joined as third-party defendants.
