FRYE, District Judge:

The plaintiff, Tonya S. Hamilton, brings this action pursuant to Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act (the Act), as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), to obtain judicial review of the decision of Shirley S. Chater, Commissioner, Social Security Administration, denying her application for Supplemental Security Income Disability Benefits.
