Defendants, Highway Transport and its insurer, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, appeal a judgment of the Office of Workers' Compensation in favor of claimant, John A. Elswick, awarding him workers' compensation benefits, penalties and attorney's fees, and medical expenses. We affirm.
