Defendant Alan Louis Baker appeals from a summary judgment entered in the Superior Court (Penobscot County, Alexander, J.) in favor of plaintiff Society of Lloyd's on its complaint seeking enforcement of a foreign judgment. Baker contends that the court's grant of a summary judgement was in error because the foreign court's jurisdiction over him was fraudulently induced and, therefore, the court should not have recognized the foreign court's...
