We granted certiorari in this case to determine whether the trial court properly denied defendants' motion for summary judgment upon concluding that pursuant to LSA-C.C. art. 3543, Louisiana law was applicable to the determination of whether plaintiff's exclusive remedy against defendants was worker's compensation.
