This is an appeal by plaintiffs, James and Frances Wilkinson, from a trial court judgment, granting the motion for summary judgment filed by defendant, Louisiana Indemnity Insurance Company, now known as Patterson Insurance Company ("Patterson"), on the finding that the automobile liability policy issued to plaintiffs by Patterson did not provide uninsured/underinsured motorist
