The plaintiff Joseph Sudul ("Sudul") has sued the defendant Computer Outsourcing Services, Inc. ("COSI") for alleged breach of an employment agreement. COSI maintains that it had "just cause" under the terms of the agreement to terminate Sudul and that it did so in good faith as determined by its Board of Directors.
