This appeal by Gayle Q. Brown concerns a trial court judgment partitioning, pursuant to La.R.S. 9:2801, the assets of the former community of appellant and her husband, Philip Brown, who were divorced in 1981. Mrs. Brown also appeals the trial court's rejection of her shareholder derivative claims against Mr. Brown for his mismanagement and self-dealing regarding the assets of corporations formerly owned...
