PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged with second degree kidnapping and two counts of aggravated burglary. He was found guilty of second degree kidnapping and two counts of unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling. He was adjudicated as a second felony offender. The trial court sentenced him to ten years at hard labor, below the statutory minimum of twenty years mandated for a second offender under La.R.S. 15:529.1 The court of appeal affirmed and the state now applies...
