On October 31, 1995 the Court heard argument on separate motions for summary judgment filed by defendant Virgin Islands Port Authority ["VIPA"] and defendant Wendell Hanley ["Hanley"]. Plaintiff Lauretta Codrington ["Codrington" or "plaintiff"], an employee of VIPA and former secretary to Hanley, a maintenance supervisor at VIPA, instituted this suit alleging sexual harassment in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act...
