This case is before us on appeal from a judgment in favor of defendant, Johnny Laporte, Jr.,1 and against plaintiff, Patricia A. Bass, individually and as natural tutrix of her minor child, Laura Omega Bass, sustaining defendant's peremptory exception raising the objection of prescription. For the following reasons, we reverse and remand.
