Appellant, Jerry Anselmo, appeals the jury's verdict in favor of appellee, Charles Tuck, from the Washington County Circuit Court. Because this case involves a question concerning the law of torts, this court has jurisdiction of the appeal pursuant to Ark. Sup.Ct.R. 1-2(a)(16).
