Lacey Odell Taylor appeals his conviction for the offense of burglary of a vehicle, enhanced by a prior felony conviction. Appellant waived his right to a jury trial and entered a plea of not guilty. Upon a finding of guilt, Appellant entered a plea of true to the enhancement paragraph.
