ROSE, Justice:

In 1984, appellants Dale Flanagan and Randolph Moore murdered Flanagan's grandparents. Flanagan and Moore were convicted of the murders and sentenced to death. This court affirmed appellants' convictions on appeal, but remanded for a new penalty hearing due to prosecutorial misconduct.
