We conclude that the trial court correctly granted summary judgment dismissing the employee's claims that (1) the employment was not at-will, (2) there was a breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing, and (3) the employer was estopped to deny the employee's claim to the benefit of certain personnel policies.
