This appeal arises from a condemnation action. Defendants Stichting Mayflower Recreational Fonds and Stichting Mayflower Mountain Fonds ("Stichting Mayflower") appeal from a judgment entered on a jury verdict awarding them compensation for land taken by the United States. Stichting Mayflower argues the district court erred in instructing the jury regarding the valuation of the property taken, and erroneously allocated the condemnation award...
