Plaintiff Joyce Griffin appeals from the order of the circuit court of Cook County granting defendant Ethel Fluellen's motion to dismiss plaintiff's action for damages against defendant pursuant to section 2-619 of the Code of Civil Procedure (Code) (735 ILCS 5/2-619 (West Supp.1993)).
