Pursuant to a written plea agreement, Carol J. Lampien pleaded guilty to a one-count information charging her with embezzling funds from an insurance company in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1033(b)(1)(A). Lampien was sentenced to twenty-four months in prison, to be followed by a three-year term of supervised release.
