Darrell J. Atwood appeals from a partial summary judgment dismissing claims for wrongful termination from employment and for breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing. He contends that the trial court erred in determining that Atwood was an employee terminable at will by his employer, Western Construction Inc. (Western), and in holding that Western was not obligated to make an additional contribution to Atwood's retirement account...
