General Dynamics Corp. (GD) and Dimitri Yannacopoulos, a Greek citizen, entered into a consulting agreement under which Yannacopoulos worked as a consultant on the sale of defense and non-defense GD products outside the United States. A dispute regarding the amount and type of payment due Yannacopoulos arose, and he filed this six-count lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
