National Super Markets, Inc. (National) appeals the district court's1 judgment in favor of Lisa Anne Varner on her claim brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq., and the Missouri Human Rights Act (MHRA), Mo.Rev.Stat. §§ 213.010 et seq. Varner cross-appeals various rulings by the district court. We affirm.
