Defendant, Bobbie Clark, was indicted by a grand jury, on October 12, 1994, for second degree murder in connection with the shooting death of her paramour of 12 years, Michael Sievers. She was arraigned and pled not guilty on November 8, 1994. Following a trial before a 12 person jury held between February 13 and 22, 1995, defendant was found guilty as charged.
