WILLIAMS v. WILLIAMS

No. 95-4244.

680 So.2d 611 (1996)

Vera Louise Wiggins WILLIAMS, Appellant, v. John B. WILLIAMS, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District.

October 8, 1996.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Rhonda S. Clyatt of Clyatt & Blow, Chartered, Panama City, for Appellant.

Kimberly Fitzpatrick Bell, Panama City, for Appellee.

PER CURIAM.

Vera Wiggins Williams appeals an order of the trial court denying her petition for periodic alimony. We affirm the trial court's order, finding no abuse of discretion. In addition, we hold that the order on appeal did not eliminate that part of the previously entered final judgment which reserved jurisdiction to award alimony in the future.
