BROWN, Justice.

The appellant in this case, Wendell Croom, urges two points in his appeal: (1) evidence of the tort of outrage was insufficient, and (2) the trial court erred in instructing the jury. We agree with the appellee, Kathie Younts, on both points and affirm the judgment.
