Progressive Northern Insurance Company ("Progressive") appeals the denial of its motion for summary judgment and the entry of summary judgment in favor of Consolidated Insurance Company ("Consolidated"). This dispute between these two liability insurance carriers arose from an auto accident. Their exposure in this case depends on whether Consolidated is bound to provide liability coverage to the driver of one of the automobiles...
