Employer seeks review of an order of the Workers' Compensation Board, contending that the Board erred as a matter of law in relying on a medical opinion that had been provided before claimant's medically stationary date to determine the level of his impairment, and that substantial evidence does not support the Board's findings concerning the extent of disability. We conclude that the Board's findings are supported by substantial evidence....
