The appellant, Ted Julian Barron, appeals from the trial court's summary denial of his petition for post-conviction relief filed pursuant to Rule 32, Ala.R.Crim.P., which attacked his 1989 conviction for trafficking in cannabis and his resulting sentence, as a habitual felon, to life in prison. The appellant's conviction was affirmed on direct appeal on February 6, 1990, and a certificate of judgment was issued...
