Bennett and Lionel Lussier were each charged with conspiracy to possess marijuana with intent to distribute, 21 U.S.C. § 846; carrying or using a firearm during and in relation to a drug trafficking offense, 18 U.S.C. § 924(c)(1); and unlawful possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1).
