DE MENT, District Judge.

Before the court is defendants D.C. America, Inc. and Barry Bell's motion filed June 9, 1995, to dismiss with prejudice all claims asserted in the complaint. As a basis for dismissal, counsel for the defendants contends that he and the plaintiff's former attorney agreed that this action would be dismissed with prejudice in consideration of payment of $15,000 to the plaintiff by the defendants....
