This is an appeal by allowance from the opinion and order of the Superior Court affirming the judgment entered by the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County, Orphans Court Division. We granted allowance of appeal to decide whether a close relative, with the consent of two physicians but without court involvement, may remove life sustaining treatment from an adult relative who is in a persistent vegetative state...
