Appellants Jesse Miner and Renee Gardner each were charged with one count of harassing a hunter in violation of Minn.Stat. § 97A.037, subd. 1 (1994); one count of disturbing wild animals in violation of Minn. Stat. § 97A.037, subd. 2 (1994); one count of trespassing on public lands in violation of Minn.Stat. § 97A.037, subd. 3 (1994); and one count of trespassing on closed park lands in violation of Hennepin County...
