Plaintiff appeals a district court judgment granting defendants' exception of prematurity and dismissing her petition without prejudice.

Plaintiff's petition alleges that on October 8, 1993 she consulted Doctors W. Scott McDonald and Christopher Babycos at the Medical Center of Louisiana in New Orleans.
