The issue presented in this appeal is whether Appellant's conviction for terroristic threats1 is barred by the Double Jeopardy Clause of the Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution because of Appellant's previous conviction for indirect criminal contempt, which conviction resulted from the same incident that gave rise to the terroristic threats conviction.
