Karen Wald appeals from the district court's1 grant of summary judgment to Southwestern Bell Corporation Customcare Medical Plan (the Plan), Southwestern Bell Company (Southwestern Bell) and The Prudential Insurance Company (Prudential) in this action brought under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq. (ERISA). We affirm.
