Defendant Mitchell Southwell appeals from the circuit court's order denying his motion for summary judgment and granting summary judgment in favor of plaintiff Ohio Casualty Insurance Company (Ohio Casualty). On appeal, Southwell contends that Ohio Casualty was estopped from asserting that the workers' compensation policy it issued Southwell did not provide coverage for Southwell's Illinois workers' compensation claim...
