FITZSIMMONS, Judge.

The trial court rendered judgment on September 29, 1992, in favor of the workers' compensation claimant, John H. Deshautelles, for Supplemental Earnings Benefits (SEBs). The judgment ordered the employer, South Central Bell (SCB), to pay benefits from September 16, 1986, subject to statutory reductions. The judgment did not specifically calculate the average monthly wage. Penalties and attorney's fees were denied.
