All defendants have filed a single motion for summary judgment, based on their contention that plaintiff's action was commenced after the expiration of the applicable statute of limitations. Because there is a genuine issue of material fact as to when the "discovery rule" commenced the running of the statute of limitations, we must deny the motion.
