Accudyne Corporation supplies military materiel under 27 contracts with the Department of Defense. Six relators filed this qui tam action under the civil provisions of the False Claims Act, 31 U.S.C. §§ 3729-3733. Count I of the complaint alleged that Accudyne failed to test properly some control and sensor electronic assemblies for the Modular Pack Mine System and supplied false data about their conformity to specifications...
