Defendant Senco Products, Inc. appeals from a judgment awarding plaintiffs John and Ann Marie Lakin compensatory and punitive damages, following a jury trial on product liability and loss of consortium claims. Those claims arose from an incident in which John Lakin was severely injured while using a nail gun that defendant manufactured and sold.
