Defendant has moved, under seal, that plaintiff be precluded from entering any evidence or allegations of prior sexual misconduct perpetrated by plaintiff's former manager, Ghassam Hamadany. Defendant claims that under Fed.R.Evid. 403, the prejudice of such evidence substantially outweighs any probative value to the jury. Defendant also claims that the still-new Rule 415 does not apply...
