Plaintiff Raul Castaneda appeals the trial court's dismissal of plaintiff's suit on the basis of defendants' exception of prescription. Plaintiff was involved in an auto accident during the pendency of a stay order involving suits against Liberty Lloyds, the defendants' insurer.
