HAGAN, Bankruptcy Judge:

William H. Broach ("trustee") is the chapter 7 trustee for Lucas Dallas, Inc. ("debtor"). The trustee filed an adversary proceeding to recover numerous alleged fraudulent transfers by the debtor to GE Capital Mortgage Services, Inc. ("GE Mortgage"), and General Electric Auto Lease, Inc.
