This appeal arises from the denial of plaintiff's claim for workers' compensation benefits.

FACTS

On August 29, 1992, plaintiff, Eneida Guidry suffered first and second degree burns when she spilled boiling water on her left leg and foot during the course of her employment with defendant, Piccadilly Cafeterias, Inc.
