OPINION ON APPELLANT'S PETITION FOR DISCRETIONARY REVIEW

MANSFIELD, Judge.

Appellant, Charles Lee Watson, was convicted by a jury on March 24, 1993, of the following two offenses:

(1) possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, heroin, and (2) possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, cocaine.
