The bankruptcy Trustee seeks review of a decision and order of the Bankruptcy Court upholding the debtor's claim of exemption in two promissory notes. The Bankruptcy Court ruled that the notes created tenancies by the entirety, and were, therefore, shielded from the debtor's creditors.
