In Docket No. 163659, a jury convicted defendant of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, MCL 750.520b(1)(a); MSA 28.788(2)(1)(a), involving his eight-year-old daughter. In Docket No. 163758, another jury convicted defendant of first-degree criminal sexual conduct involving his other daughter, who was nine years old at the time of the crime.
