Smith Masonry Company (Smith), Kupferer Brothers Ornamental Iron Works (Kupferer) and Big Boy's Steel Erection (Big Boy) are original subcontractors who erected a warehouse in 1980. The warehouse collapsed in 1991. Mitchell-Hugeback, Inc. (Mitchell), is the designer of a 1990 retrofit of the warehouse done under contract with the owner of the building...
